Accountant (Trainee – Undergraduate) – Accounting Practice
Part Time – 2 days per week

About the position
We are seeking an accountant to work in both Fehons Services and Fehons Grow divisions to support our senior accountants with their daily tasks. This is an ideal opportunity for a candidate who wants to grow in an accounting firm and learn from seniors. You will be responsible for:
• Supporting the senior accountants with individual and business tax returns and other compliance needs
• Processing monthly transactions for businesses on QuickBooks, XERO and MYOB
Key attributes and skills
• Being able to work in an automated, digital environment (tech savvy)
• Competent in using technology and computer systems
• Ability to manage and guide the data, not just record it
• Very good communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
Experience in (ideal):
Any cloud accounting software (MYOB, XERO or QuickBooks) would be a plus.
